Fetchin vs Coresignal
Coresignal is a different product from ours, and pretending otherwise would not help you choose. They sell access to a large pre-collected store, queryable by API or delivered as bulk files with daily, weekly or monthly refresh.
That model wins where ours cannot compete: filtering millions of records offline, building an internal database, or doing analysis that has no per-record trigger.
It loses on freshness and unit cost. An employee record costs 10 to 20 credits at $0.007 each, so roughly $70 to $140 per 1,000. Fetchin fetches the record live at request time for $1.00 per 1,000.
The two models genuinely coexist. Plenty of teams hold a dataset for breadth and call a live API for the records that matter today.

Coresignal figures are taken from their own public pages and were last verified in August 2026. Pricing and limits change, so check the sources below before making a decision.
Fetchin pricing: Starter plan, $50 for 50,000 credits. Drops to $0.90 per 1,000 at 1M credits.
Coresignal pricing: Credits are $0.007 each and an employee or company record costs 10 to 20 credits, so roughly $70 to $140 per 1,000. Bulk datasets start from $1,000.
Where Fetchin wins
- Data is fetched when you ask. A Coresignal record can be up to a full refresh cycle old: daily at best, monthly on some tiers.
- $1.00 per 1,000 against roughly $70 to $140 per 1,000 for employee records.
- No credit expiry. Their monthly plans do not roll over unused credits at all.
- Published latency and uptime with a public status page. Coresignal publishes none of these.
- Post, comment, reaction and engagement data, which a dataset product does not carry.
Where Coresignal wins
- Bulk offline work. If you need to filter millions of records, an API you call one at a time is the wrong tool and we will not pretend otherwise.
- Search and filtering across the whole corpus. Fetchin has no search endpoint until Q4 2026.
- Job postings at 1 credit each, which is genuinely cheap and something we do not offer.
- Higher rate limits on top tiers: 100+ req/s on Elite.
- A 7-day trial with 2,000 credits, more than our 1,000.
Choose Fetchin if…
- You need the record as it is now, not as it was at the last refresh.
- Your access pattern is per-record lookups triggered by your own users or workflows.
- Unit cost matters: the gap is roughly 70x at their entry rate.
Choose Coresignal if…
- You are building an internal database or doing corpus-wide analysis.
- You need to filter and search across millions of records rather than fetch known ones.
- You need job postings at volume.
Fetchin vs Coresignal, answered
- What is the main difference between Fetchin and Coresignal?
- Coresignal sells access to a pre-collected store, refreshed on a daily to monthly cycle and available in bulk. Fetchin fetches each record live when you request it. Coresignal is built for corpus-wide work; Fetchin is built for per-record freshness.
- Is Fetchin cheaper than Coresignal?
- For per-record lookups, by a wide margin. Coresignal credits are $0.007 each and an employee record costs 10 to 20 credits, so roughly $70 to $140 per 1,000. Fetchin is $1.00 per 1,000. For bulk dataset delivery the comparison does not apply, since we do not sell that yet.
- How fresh is Coresignal data?
- It comes from a pre-built store refreshed daily, weekly or monthly depending on the product and tier. That is appropriate for analysis and unsuitable when you need the current state of a specific record.
- Should I use both?
- That is a common and sensible setup. Teams hold a dataset for breadth and coverage, then call a live API for the specific records that need to be current at the moment of use.
